What I offer
Practical support,
built around you
Whether you run a creative studio, a therapy practice, an online business, or anything in between. If you're managing it yourself with chronic illness, there's probably a pile of tasks that never quite gets done. That's where I come in.
Support from Seen comes in two forms: the regular day-to-day work that keeps your business running, and more involved project work that draws on a career spanning hotel management, people operations and business analysis. Most VAs offer the first. Seen offers both.
Emails & diary
Keeping your inbox under control and your time protected, so you can focus on the work only you can do.
Also: inbox systems, email templates, communication workflows
Admin & paperwork
Invoices, quotes, forms, follow-ups. The stuff that piles up, handled carefully so nothing slips through.
Also: billing systems, document structures, process reviews
Research & information
Need to find something, compare options, or pull together information? I'll do the legwork so you don't have to.
Also: market research, compliance research, business cases
Keeping things organised and on track
Building simple systems, writing things down, and making sure deadlines, tasks and follow-ups don't get lost. Nothing lives only in your head.
Also: process mapping, operations manuals, onboarding docs, project management systems
Social media support
Scheduling posts, organising content and keeping your presence consistent. I can help with the practical side: content calendars, drafting captions and getting things published on time.
Also: content calendars, drafting captions, scheduling tools setup
Something else?
Every business is different. Get in touch and let's figure out what would actually take the weight off.
Where Seen goes further
A background in people operations and business analysis means I can take on work that goes well beyond standard VA support.
Requirements gathering · Process improvement · HR and people operations support · Translating complexity into plain language · Supporting change, growth and new systems
Why Seen exists
I built this for you.
And honestly, for me too.
Hello, I'm Izzy. How are you feeling today?
In my early 30s, I was the person who was always on her feet, managing a busy city centre hotel. Long shifts, high pressure, a hundred things happening at once. I was the fittest I'd ever been. Back then, energy felt infinite. Today, I live with fibromyalgia. That transition, from the relentless physical energy of hotel management to the reality of spoon management, changed everything about how I see work.
I've worn many hats throughout my career: hotel manager, office manager, and business analyst. I've navigated the corporate world across fintech and crypto, searching for a way to balance high-level work with a body that has its own agenda. I learned that the best work happens when you stop fighting rigid structures and start working in a way that actually accounts for human health.
Chronic illness takes enough from us. It shouldn't take our careers too.
There came a point where I decided to stop waiting for the right circumstances and take my future and my health into my own hands. Seen is what that decision became. Liberating in every sense.
I realised that for those of us with chronic illness, working for yourself is often the only way to get the flexibility and control we actually need. There are over 4 million self-employed people in the UK, and so many of us are navigating hurdles that the rest of the world simply can't see.
I take on a small number of clients intentionally, so I can show up fully for each one. You are building something incredible while navigating a body that doesn't always cooperate. I'm here as a supportive partner to lighten your load and help you preserve your spoons for the things that matter most, while I keep things moving behind the scenes.
Gentle hugs, Izzy x
