Hello, I'm Izzy. I've spent my career wearing a lot of hats: hotel manager, office manager and business analyst, working across hospitality, fintech and crypto. I've been part of scaling businesses and startups for nearly 15 years, including a company that grew from 40 to over 300 people. That inside knowledge is what sets me apart from a traditional VA. Yes, I can handle the day-to-day. But I can also be your right hand for operational support, if you're a growing business that isn't ready for a new hire yet, without the cost of one.
I take on a small number of clients intentionally, so I can give each one my full attention.
